| 04/15/2013 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Upon inspection I witnessed two light fixtures on the north side of the building at the top. The lights were round and not excessively bright. The thrust of the beam was downward. The fixtures were not full cuttoff type however they possessed cone shaped opeque defusers. I spoke to a clerk at the store and he stated that the lights were not new and he believed they had been there for sometime but could not say exactly how long. I got the managers information and work hours and will pass that on to the area inspector. Research into the lighting code and any COT development restrictions will be the final determination as to whether the lights are a violation or not. |
