At site, spoke to manager, Juan. Explained isuues of balcony walkways. All the west side balcony walkways are in need of repair. The ground posts and header board that support the guard railing is slowly moving out from under the balcony walkways. The walkways support the roof and the roof is sagging. Photos in SIRE. |
