Inspection showed that trailer #2 has been moved to other side of trailer #1, reconnected with extension cord, and is being occupied per managment; it appeared occupied. This trailer is not legally connected to utilities. Two trailers parked at a space identified for one per site plan is a zoning violation. Trailer #1 appears connected correctly to elec panel designated for space 347, water, and sewer. However, a small water heater and evap cooler has been attached to exterior of trailer incorrectly and without required permits. Accumulation of refuse present again. |
