| 02/26/2013 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Did an inspection on the unit with Inspector Colleen Bigman and found no working smoke detectors, globes missing through out, trash and debris in the rear yard area, the water heater and the furnace have been tagged by S.W.G. and are operating, weather-stripping is lacking on exterior doors, broken windows or not sealed properly, doors missing on closets, added outlet in the furnace room and connected to an outlet at another location, ceiling falling down or missing in the furnace room and the electrical panel has siring connected to other circuits before connected to the breakers. Unit is being shut down due to gas being removed at the water heater and the furnace and the tenants have an infant living in the house. The tenant signed the Emergency Notice to Vacate and did the posting on the front window. Took pictures. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
