The bedroom window is still broken and the sliding glass door has the panes broken and are on the rear of the unit. Did talk to the property manager while on the property and a rep. showed and showed him what needed to be done. The maintenance man that was on the property was only to remove trash and debris from another unit and works for the contractor. The manager will address the issues. Will check in 30 days. RV.

02/13/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the contractor and the unit is vacant and secured. Did look at the areas that were wet and they have some bowing and staining on the ceiling. The bedroom has a broken window and a water heater that is lacking the T.P.R. valve being connected to the drain line and the electrical is not connected properly. The water heater is new and will check for permits. Will do N.O.V. RV.
