Did knock on the door and a female answered the door and stated that she did not live there and went ot get some one else in the house. The person was the son of the owner of the house who has died. Did ask permission to go into the house due to the son stated that they were moving out by Sunday and wanted to check if they were packing up items. Did go into the house and found 9-people in the house and all moving around and attempting to look as packing items up. Had some people in the living room and the bedrooms and showed signs of them sleeping in the house. Did ask that all the candles be put out. While in the rear yard found where the electrical has been turned off due to lack of payment. The gas meter has been pinned off. With all the utilities turned off, the people will not be allowed to stay in the house. A Notice To Vacate the property was served and went over what could be done for people staying on the property. Daren was advised that the people on the property could stay if packing, cleaning of the property, working on the property or moving items off the property. Went over the people could not be drinking, louging, socializing or just staying on the property. Will check for approval to check at night. RV. |
