The unit is vacant and secured and some trying to be done. The electrical is being repaired, repairing the plumbing, will need drywall repairs and the floor needs to be worked on. Has broken windows and the doors to to be replaced or repaired. Has no heating or cooling to the unit. This unit can not be rented until the permit has been issued and inspected by Planning and Development Services Department. Has the wooden fencing loose or falling with an open sewer line on the west side. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
