Fencing of lower balcony was burned as well as the stucco wall area beside the patio area. Wall was damaged as well as 2 lighting fixtures on the outside of the units. Other damage was the result of opening of the walls and upper deck by Tucson Fire. Issued 30 day Notice of Violation to property owner on site to complete necessary repairs. No permits are required for this work. Schedule 30 day follow up. Damage report and photos in Sire. |
