Found tall grass and weeds with trash and debris through out the property. Casement windows are missing or not working on the window cranks. Have open grounds and appears to be on a 2-wire system with some loose outlets in the wall. Globes are missing on the light fixtures through out. Lacking smoke detectors, exterior doors are missing the weatherstipping, stairway is missing on the east side door going to the exterior to the ground level, caulking is missing or cracked in the bathroom tub and shower surround, furnace is not working, ceiling in the furnace room is lacking and door not sealed, exhaust fan in the kitchen is not working. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
