Light globes missing in the kitchen, hall way, bathroom and exterior outdoor light. No smoke detectors found anywhere within the house, windows have security bars and no exiting mechanism to allow egress in case of a fire. Slidding glass door, glass is loose and will fall out. Occupants placed curtain and couch next to the door so it won't fall out. Main door needs weather protective sealant around door lock mechnism is for an interior door not an exterior door. Address is not plainly visible from the street, electrical disconnect box is missing the cover, j-box has incorrect wiring (work w/out permits). Old electrical meter and disconnect box still attached to the house. |
