02/14/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner and the father to go over the N.O.V. and signed the N.O.V. Did do over that they need to meet with zoning to check on what can be done to keep the units as is at this time. The front unit should be part of the main house and not a seperate unit. There is 4 units in the main house and should not be seperate units. Have talk to zoning and they will need a drawing of the units if they are going to remain. Did go over that the other units are renting rooms out and are not related. That will also have to be approved by zoning. The owner was told to meet zoning to go over what he is doing on the property or what he wants to do on the property of renting the rooms. The parking will be looked at in the middle of the houses. They check if more parking is required. Will check in 10 days. RV.
