Did inspection on the whole property and found where the building #1 has been divided to 4-units. Building #2, #3, #4, #5 have the bedroom all being rented out to different people and are not related. The parking lot is not paved or marked for Handi-cap spaces or spaces numbers for the tenants. Will check with zoning to check what is needed to be done to be OK for what is being done on the renting of rooms and the parking and the front building to be made into 4-unit in one building. RV. |
