Returned to property with TPD to serve warrant for entry. TPD removed all occupants from the main structure and a storage unit at the rear of the property. Upon entry to the property inspection found the water line was tampered with again and the unit had water. Contacted Tucson Water to correct tampering. Also found the main electrical service was bypassed at the weather head. Jumper wires bypassed the meter and connect directly to the main breaker. TEP contacted and the power was cut at the pole. Bathcrest boarded four openings. |
