The residence is not readily visible from the street/ROW and is only accessable by private driveway. Aerial maps show the residence to be in excess of 220' from the public roadway. I called the redisent and she stated that her daughter had moved in with her less than a month ago and that they still had some personal property which hadn't been moved inside as of yet. I asked her if there was any trash or refuse and she responded by saying there were some things that could be thrown away. I aksed her to dispose of the refuse as soon as possible and she agreed. I will leave the case open for a few weeks to see if the complainant calls again. |
