Visited site, inspected, found new water line installed. Contacted tenant, tenant stated that he did not know if he had water. I stated to him that there was a new water line installed at site, and that would follow up. Called management co and stated that the tenants had only been out of water for several days and that they were still in the process of repairing lines. I explained to management co that they needed to secure permits for the installation and recieve a final. Will follow up in thirty days for permits. |
