02/14/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner and the father at the site and went over the N.O.V. and signed. The owner did ask for more time. Will check the smoke detectors and the forced air furnace. Will check in 10 days. RV.
01/17/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property to check of the electrical that was added to the unit #5 going to #4. All the electrical has been removed that was added to the other unit. Looked at the unit to check for other violation during the daylight hours from last nights inspection. Did walk around the property and will be getting with the area inspector to check the other units on the property. Did talk to the tenant and she will be leaving and went over issues that I have seen at night and she stated that she has no other issues. Will do N.O.V. RV.
