Was doing another inspection on unit #4 and found electrical that has been added to unit #5 and giving power to unit #4. The wiring was on a wooden fence to a masonry wall and on the ground to the window unit #4 giving power to lights and fans that have been added to the unit #4. Had a water heater that is lacking the enclosure, globes missing to the light fixtures, tall grass and weeds, trash and debris, Junk motor vehicle in the front portion of the unit, exterior doors not sealed and windows are stuck or hard to open. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
