The unit was opened and vacant and once completed with the inspection was able to lock the door. Found broken windows, windows sealed shut, tall grass and weeds, trash and debris and piles in the rear yard area, water heater lacking the enclosure, doors sealed shut in the front, lacking smoke detectors, extension cords and has styro-foam on the ceilings and on some windows that are falling or are loose. Meter being pulled for added electrical. Will do N.O.V. RV.
