Received call from Kendra from office that the house has no water. Arrived and the water has been turned off for non payment and has been locked off with a zip tie. Has a red tag on the meter that the water has been turned off for non payment. Did talk to the owner and he has no means of paying the water bill to have the water turned back on. The tenant has some money to make a payment but is lacking the full payment. Did talk to the water department and they need for payment mininum of $864.00 to have the water turned back on. The tenant was trying to get the water in her name but has issues at another address for payment. The has been paid yesterday. Due to the amount owned, the water department will not turn the water back until the payment is made. The earliest the water can be turned back on is on Friday if paid by morning tomorrow. Did the N.O.V to vacate the property and called Karin for placement. She will call the Grant Rd Inn for placement and will call the tenant on the arrangements. They will be placed under the Primavera for 2-nights hoping the water is back on Friday. Once the N.O.V. signed and the calls made I left the site. Will check in 5 days. RV. |
