Checked areials and found where the shed has been on the property since after 2005 and found no compliants on the wood frame shed and is 12' X 12' and are under the 2012 IRC codes and allows up to 200 s.f. before a permit is required. At this time the case will be closed as non-conforming. No Verify, Close Case. RV. |
