We are working now to get heat into the unit. One issue we have is the tenant is not accepting our phones calls and not permitting us to enter except when the tenant is home, and the tenant's hours do not coincide with our service worker hours. We would hope to have access sooner, in fact I could go into the unit today and tomorrow with an electrician to get started on solving this, but the tenant has not spoken with me so that I can get in when the electrician is available. As required per ARS 33-1343 we have this morning provided 48 hour notice to the tenant so that we can enter with our service workers on Thursday and Friday, and determine how to get more heat into the unit. This notice allows us to enter even if the tenant is not at home or does not provide access. At this time the tenant does have space heaters. Thanks, Chris Sauer |
