Three double fixture light poles in middle of parking lot appear to have been changed to a drop type that despite globe, may be comply with full cutoff; lumens prior and after unknown. Fixtures are approximately 20' high; closest perpendicular residential lot line (to east) of the three poles is approx. 62'. Applicable under outdoor lighting code: 102.4.2 Additions or modifications less than 25 percent to existing uses or lighting shall require a submission of a complete inventory and site plan detailing all existing and any proposed new outdoor lighting.
