Egress doors without panic hardware stay open (unlocked) at all times when building is occupied (even with one person inside building) if doors are found to be locked then temporary C of O will be pulled. To get the final approval the following shall be completed: 1. Panic hardware installed on main front entry doors and rear doors in the multipurpose room. 2. F.D. key box install at the 4' man key with keys to the building, gate, riser room and padlock for roll gate into parking. |

Install exit signs over doorways to rear doors from sanctuary plans show no wall. Now wall was built blocking the sight for the exit signs over the exit doors. 4. label riser room door "RISER ROOM" 3" inch high letters 5. Label door to fire alarm panel "FIRE ALRM PANEL" 2 inch size 6. Install panic hardware on front entry doors (Occ. Load is 526) and install panic hardware on rear exit doors from multipurpose room 7. Install fire extinguishers 2A-10BC size type with travel distances of 75 feet. 8. Install outside emergency lighting on all egress doors. 9. Tested emergency lighting found 3 not working and 2 exit signs not working need to test all over again. |
