Install 4 K class fire extinguishers in kitchen 2 for the proper coverage of all appliances under the hoods and 2 are needed for the amount of oil in the deep fryers totaling of 120 pounds. 6. Need to check outside back up lighting over the main entrance roof was not installed at time of inspection 7.
