1. they have a type 1 hood installed and it has been approved through the city. This is in agreement no cooking will be done which provides grease or vapor. If the use of this hood changes in the future such as cooking which does produce grease or vapor then plans and permits will need to be pulled and a ul 300 extinguishing system will be installed. |
