1. AVBs on hose bibbs. T&P relief drain. Insulate exposed exterior water lines. Cut down exterior clean-outs. Paint the vent and condensate drain on the roof. Hammer arrestors at washer box. Only one slip nut on the outlet side of a p-trap. Caulk all fixtures. Anti-tip required on stove/oven. Inspection stopped. |
