According to the plans on PG A1.O under the section of the new "floor plan keynotes" #5 states "Existing door and hardware to remain, blank hardware at exterior" two doors were covered over with 5/8" board rendering the doors non-functional and #6 states existing store front door to be removed and in filled with new storefront window system to match adjacent type and style" door hardware was remove but not the doors and they do not match storefront. You will need to have the plans corrected as to what is on site and have revise plans approved.
6. Back up lighting is required under IFC 1006.2 - in aisles - stairs - egress doors - corridors.
7. Key box is required under IFC 506.1
8. Egress doors rendered non-functional shall be label on the outside middle of door(s) "THIS DOOR BLOCKED" ¾" wide 6" high lettering. IFC 504.2
