04/07/2014 FIRE - FINAL Partial Approval Temp C of O okay for use to get finals you will need the following completed:
1. Double exit doors out of employee room shall swing towards exit travel and needs panic hardware as this room is a group A, and all doors exiting out of meeting room shall exit hardware.
2. Need to install an exit sign in hallway from meeting room showing the way the exit door.
3. Need panic hardware on exit door from employee room into the warehouse and demarcation lane set up showing the way to the exit door.
4. Shall lower all stock to 12' feet in height in warehouse and have signs posted for all to see so that stock does not get higher than 12' feet.
04/03/2014 FIRE - FINAL Partial Approval 1. Plans do not show occupant load for employee room field calculations 31' x 39' = 1209 sq. ft. div by 15 = 80.6 or 81 occupant load for the room, therefore you need two exits swing outward and have panic hardware on doors. Also exiting into the main office area and warehouse panic hardware is needed on all doors going to the public way.
2. Need Occupant load for the whole building if load is 500 or more than a complete fire alarm system is needed with horns and strobes.
