This alarm system is installed in a post office owned by the US Government and they are leasing a space in a building owned by a private building owner, according to the installer the alarm system is not monitored and that the owner does not want the system to be monitored. I advise the installer that under the IFC 901.4.5 & 907.6.5 and that the building is owned by a private owner and not government property they are required to have the alarm system monitored. |
