01/09/2013 FIRE - ALARM FINAL Denied On 1st - 2nd & 3rd floor elevator lobbies all fire doors shall close completely and latch shut when in alarm condition for proper ventilation for the atrium. Need to replace all doors. Make sure to use only approved fire hardware for the fire doors (ie. Panic hardware, door hinges, and door closers that work with the alarm system).

Shall repair or replace horn/strobes in the following areas:
Rooms 265 - 175 - 3rd floor elevator lobby and hiding above ceiling in 235.
