09/25/2012 SIGN SITE REVIEW Partial Approval Met with contractor to discuss sign location within TEP easement - or alternate position possibly within right of way with a TRE. If within TEP easement, written authorization from TEP required. Contractor was advised the sign area, height, structural and electrical have all been approved. Landscape around sign base will be followed up after permit issued with hydroseeding, contractor providing photos of area where sign will be located.

NOTE: opaque backing is required on the white blank sign panels to ensure no light is emitted at night from blank panels SC 3-82. E.3.f. (sign panels are to be dark background with light emitted in letter/logo area only). Provide night view of sign, per Sign Code Administrator.
