Note: there is a record of a freestanding sign here as well at 19.56 square feet.

Recommended: as the sign has multiple words/raised lettering, break the sign area down by drawing a box around/dimensioning each word and exclude the space between each word. Provide total sign area based upon adding up the sign area for each word (note that the portion of ascending/descending lower case letters "p" and "t" for example, do not need to be counted in the sign area as they are incidental to language (per Sign Code Administrator). Capitalized letters do count toward sign area.)
Understood the address number is also not a sign.

Also please take into account the existing monument sign at 19.56 square feet and note that the total sign area cannot exceed 50 square feet for this premise.
