06/25/2012 SIGN SITE REVIEW Correction Required Please provide a drawing that demonstrates the sign height as measured from the adjacent roadway travel lane. (It appears, from the review of the grading plans, that there may be as much as a 1' difference in grade elevation from the base of the sign to the adjacent roadway, which would effectively "lower" the height of the sign from 10' to 9' on the drawing.)

Noted also that the sign will have to be removed at future roadway widening, as the sign is in the future right of way and future sight visbility triangle. The removal of the sign will be at no cost to the City of Tucson.
