Approval for this proposal has currently been revoked and placed on hold per the Sign Code Administrator. Total allowed sign area for this tenant was calculated based upon information received in the recent building signage review, however, that information was just determined to be incorrect. The total sign area for this tenant will be exceeded with the tenant's wall signage and use of the freestanding sign as currently proposed. Contractor is working to re-calculate total sign area on tenant's wall signage. Any use of the freestanding sign by this tenant will be reviewed further with the contractor once the wall signage calculations are completely updated. |
