Roberts conducted a site inspection for the prospective sign locations of 13 freestanding, non illuminated signs: Termed A-E, A.1-E.1, and A.2-C.2 on the application. RESULTS OF SITE INSPECTION: PARTIAL APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL 10 of 13 PROPOSED SIGNS ARE APPROVED: A-E, A.1, B.1, D.1, E.1 AND SIGN B.2 (this location not staked, found existing freestanding sign for Patio Building that will have to come down at this area for new sign to go in it's spot). 5 ISSUES FOUND: *** EXTRA SIGN STAKE FOUND BETWEEN B.1 & D.1 - NOT IN AREA IDENTIFIED FOR SIGN C.1 ON MAP. PLEASE CLARIFY *** Sign C.1 = No stake found for proposed sign location. Unable to determine where this sign is going specifically. Sign A.2 = not staked. Sidewalk in area would be greatly impacted by sign placement. Map may be incorrect on proposed location. *** EXTRA SIGN STAKE FOUND AT "OBSTETRIX" BLDG -NOT ON LOCATION MAP. NEED CLARIFICATION.
