RICHARD AGREED THAT THE AMOUNT OF WORK TO SECURE THE PROPERTY WAS BEYOND WHAT THE CITY MIGHT BE WILLING TO DO.
** CONTACTED CHIBAD JCC (975-4489 AND 271-7298) SPOKE WITH THE RABAI WHO MENTIONED THEY HAD ALREADY BEEN CONTACTED BY TPD, AND THAT THEY HAVE THE PERSON WHO HAS SECURED IT IN THE PAST GOING OUT TO LOOK AND SEE WHAT IT WILL TAKE TO RESECURE THE BUILDING.
** SPOKE WITH TRACY WILLIAMS, EXPLAINED WHAT I HAD FOUND AND THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGE, AND WHAT IT WOULD TAKE TO SECURE THE STRUCTURE. TRACY MENTIONED SHE WAS NOT WILLING TO HAVE THE CITY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SECURING.
** AFTER SPEAKING WITH TRACY I MET WITH KEN RENNER (520-977-9779) AT THE PROPERTY AND EXPLAINED THAT THE CITY WAS REQUIRING THE OWNERS TO PROPERLY SECURE THE BUILDINGS. AT THE TIME KEN WAS SECURING A DOOR WITH L-METAL (DOOR TO JAMB). WE WALKED BOTH THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING, HE SHOWED ME THE INTERIOR DOORS TO ROOMS HE HAD ALREADY SECURED, I EXPLAINED THE IMPORTANCE OF THE EXTERIOR DOORS BEING SECURED AND WE DID WALK THE MAIN BUILDING AND THREE OTHER STRUCTURES, EXPLAINING WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. MENTIONED I WOULD CHECK BACK WITH HIM TO SEE HOW THINGS WERE GOING.
