At site, spoke to tenant, and owner, Art, 696-9190. Art has obtained permits from DSD to repair the sewer line on 12/26/12. There is no sewage back up in the trailer, just out in the street. Inside the trailer I couldn't smell any sewage. Explained to tenant that she would have to talk to Art if she wanted to move. The Sewer line repair date is 1/9/2013. F/U 30 days |
