Was called out to the property for a fire. Upon my arrivel I found that there has been a number of fires at this property and that TFD had responded to them. There was two bedroom one being the master bedroom that had fire damage to the walls and floor, the third bedroom had damage from the wall being kicked in. The bath room door was also kicked in. There is damage to the Electrical in the front right side bedroom; the outlet was melted and there was holes in the wall and the window was broke. The inside pain of the Master bedroom was broken with smoke damge to the walls, there is also smoke damage to a second bedroom and hallway. There is trash and refuse in the back yard with overgrown vegetation. The pool needs to be drained. The property was secured by Bathcrest using 1 1/2 sheets of plywood and about 32 screws. Secured 2 sliding door and back patio shed door, both gates in the yard, chain the pool gate with a lock. |
