Found where the roof leaked and stained the ceiling in the living room. The area was being dried out to make the repairs. The drywall has bowed and Approx. 2' X 2' area. The smoke detector in the hallway is not working but the bedrooms are all working. The bathroom door has nails on the bathroom side and are popping out that is holding the veneer on. The kitchen floor has soft spots near the stove and worn sheet vinyl. Will let the management know of these issues. Met with the management and the roof has been repaired and waiting for the area to be aired out from the moisture and scheduled to make the repairs next week. They were not aware of the other issues but address them at the same time. No N.O.V. will be issued at this time due to the complex has been working on the repairs and the other issues were not known to the management. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
