The wall has a water line that has a water leak and the water has been turned off at the meter at the shut off valve. S.W.G. was on site due to T.F.D. heard the sound and thought gas was leaking due to the pipe was black and could only hear a hissing sound like gas leaking and had a smell like gas. The gas meter was pinned at the meter due to the damage to the structure. The owner was not able to secure the property and was given permission to call Bathcrest to the site to have the property secured. The wall had a 6040 XO window that was broken. The sliding glass door was able to lock and the owner locked the door before leaving. Once the opening was secured had the owner sign all the paprer work and gave copies to her and let her know that no one can be on the property after dark. The electrical meter was pulled and the trasnsformer had the wires pulled due to the damage and the breaker panel was loose and not able to have re-secured.
