Met with the new owner and found a enclosed carport on the east side of the house. The post and beams are still in place and added the wall outside the post and beams as fill-ins panels. The storage room has no electrical at this time of the inspection. Gave the owner a packet on how to apply for a permit and gives samples of the drawings that are required for approval. A new masonry wall has been added to the front of the property and is 4' or below and built for wrought iron panels to fit inside the columns, Approx. 150 l.f. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
