The posting has been removed from the door for the posting and publication process. The bid has been granted to the Groundkeeper for the clean up of the property. The posting from the bank of Safeguard Properties is still up and they have been advised of the clean up being required. The contractor has been called to let know that the property still needs the clean up. The contractor will call when the property will be done. Will check in 10 days. RV.

03/29/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the address given and no one home. Did leave a card on the door and will wait for an answer. The owner called who lives in the house and the owner looking for does not live at that address. He was trying to buy the house from the owner and was not able to due to the liens on the property. Did get permission from Tracy to secure the property and called Bathcrest and had the openings secured that were broken or not able to secure. Had 2-3' doors, 1-16" x 18" SH, 1-56" x 24" casement window, 2-56" x 36" casement window, 1-56" x 24" casement window and 1-6050 XO. Did the posting on the front window of "Do Not Enter". Will check on the posting and publication of getting the property cleaned up. RV.
