Visited site, inspected, talked to tenant, discussed the vehicles that were on site, found six, showed titles that all were registered to tenant, none of them were disabled, they all were in good condition and all were operable, also discussed the vehicles that were parked in right of way and front yard needed to be moved to the rear of property and not parked in the right of way and front yard, also discussed the car parts in yard that they neede3d to be removed, also the grass and weeds needed to be cut and removed from the right of way, will write notice of violation to the grass and weeds and car parts, |
