Vacant and dilapidated structure previously fenced at last case. Structure has 8" adobe walls which are cracking; rear (south) wall has cracked and broken to where a portion of the wall has crumbled and exposes the interior. Roof cover has dilapidated to the point where the interior is expoxed to exterior elements and further dilapidating the interior. Ceiling and insulation material is deteriorated and missing; Graffiti present on interior. Accumulation of vegetation over 6" on property and abutting areas. |
