This fenced off area is zoned MH-1 and is under consideration for rezoning (the larger part of parcel is industrial to the west) and for a potential lot split. MH-1 allows for mobile home dwellings G, M, FLD-4 only and cannot be an RV, which is motorized. RV appears to be occupied on lot. Large amounts of storage and scattered materials, refuse, or debris is clearly visible from street. Large amount of tires (50-60) is piled on lot and on trailer. |
