Son of the owner of the property came into the office and stated that a person is living in the unit without electrical going into the unit. Arrived and this property has been shut down for lacking electrical, water and gas to the units for some time. Did call T.P.D. to the property due to exchanges between the father and the son. Did meet with Brain who was staying with the owner in the mobile home than moved into the unit paying rent and was getting electrical from an extension cord from next door. The extension cord was going to the rear of the mobile home. The two properties are the same owner and the extension cord was removed and given to the tenant. The tenant was advised that he could no longer stay in the unit and will be placed at Primevera for 2 nights. The tenant stated that he gets paid on Friday and will look for another place to stay. He was advised that the items in the unit can stay but will need to call T.P.D. when the items are going to be removed from the unit due to the son has been giving trouble with the tenant. Bathcrest was called to the property to secure all openings per Tracy Williams the administator. This property has 3-different units and only one was being used at the time of the inspection. 20-opening were secured on windows and doors with one opening of a hole in the wall. The property was posted of "Do Not Enter" and took pictures. Will check in 7 days. RV. |
