Tried to have the officer check if the power is on and they were not sure how to check. Did respond after talking to Rick Saldate my supervisor to the property and found where the meter has been removed and the panel has been locked by T.E.P. appears to be tampered with for having the lock out. I did a posting on the front window where appears to have had a tag and has been removed. No one on the property at the time of the inspection and T.P.D. will monitor the property. Did meet with the neighbors and advised that no one should be on the property. Will check the property tomorrow. RV. |
