Met with the tenant and looked at the electrical on the interior and the exterior of the porch. Found where the washer machine is on a G.F.C.I. outlet and is popping when the washer machine is on. Did advised that the outlet is working properly due to the motor is on a start up cycle and the G.F.C.I. outlet is doing it's job by not allowing the high AMPS to be completed due to the outlet thinks something is wrong and turns off. Checked the outlet with a tester and is working properly for the washer machine. The dishwasher in the kitchen has an oultet under the sink area and it also is OK and has not garbage disposal connect to the outlet. The interior of the house has double prong outlets and on a 2-wire system. Found one outlet in the north west bedroom and has one outlet with a grounded outlet and testing open ground. The tenant will call the manager to let her know on the outler. Had a grounded outlet where the furnace is located and it checked OK with the tester. Was lacking one smoke dectector in the north east bedroom but has one in the hallway and all the other bedrooms have smoke detectors and are working. Did ask the tenant if they has any other issues and she stated no. At this time the case will be closed. No Verify, Close Case. RV. |
