| 11/15/2012 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Parcel has two SFR and a trailer. At time of inspection, there were several people on the property. The mobile home had broken windows and the original attached porch was crudely enclosed without permit. A white 4 door sedan with flat tires was parked on property, filled with refuse, with a woman partially sitting in it. It was filled so that she could not fully enter the vehicle. A pickup truck with a homemade camper, flat tires, was also on property. The truck had stairs leading up to a door in which a man was occupying. An additional junked/inoperable white sedan was clearly visible at the rear of the property. Accumulation of refuse, including dog feces, and vegetation were present on entire property. The two individuals who appeared to be living in the vehicle(s) were advised they had to comply with JMV code and could not occupy the vehicles as living space. The occupant of the mobile home was advised of the windows and enclosed porch. Owner will be contacted and a notice sent. |
