Received e-mail from TPD. At site, found structures to be unsecure and signs of homeless occupying both the home and garage. Refuse by the sidewalk, all windows are broken. Found three(3) out of the four(4) corners of the home have cracks in the brick. Some roof shingles on home missing. Plaster ceiling missing in places. The garage roofing material has weathered, allowing water to pass through to the rafters and sheathing. The South wall shows signs of collapse along the bottom and the entire West wall has large cracks. Requested board up by Bathcrest. F/U 60 days. |
